What Services do you offer?
The services that Executive Solutions (ES) offers are listed under the Professional Skills tab of the ES website. The services listed are not exclusive and will be expanded as needs and requirements dictate.
If interested, how do I engage ES for assistance?
If there are services that a visitor wants to engage, they would go to the Contact Form on the Contact Us webpage, fill out the form and submit it. ES would then contact the perspective client. With that communication, the task or service required would be discussed, agreed upon, and compensation for the work to be performed agreed upon. Work would then be initiated and completed.
What is the pricing for the services you offer?
Pricing for a product or service is dependent if it is a creation (one-time service) verses a creation and maintenance (reoccurring services). The Customer is responsible to pay the ES for the Services in accordance with the following terms:
Payment Schedule:
- For one-time services:
- 50% deposit due upon signing the Customer Service Agreement.
- 50% balance due upon completion of the service.
- For recurring services or long-term service:
- 30% deposit of 1st month invoice due upon signing Customer Service Agreement.
- Monthly invoices due on the 1st of the month.
- Payment due within 15 days of invoice receipt.
What are the benefits of using the services you offer?
We are professionals and integrity matters. We are proudly USA based and we do not outsource or offshore our work. Integrity matters. All of our services are performed virtually, with NO overhead costs to the client. The services performed by ES can be scaled to fit the exact requirements of the client.

What is your experience with office management software?
We have experience with the Microsoft Suite of products since the 1990s. We are well versed in the industry standard group of products, including non-Microsoft products such as Google Workspace, and its associated suite of products.
What is your experience with event planning?

What is your experience with managing projects?
We have extensive experience at the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager levels, primarily based in Silicon Valley with Fortune 500 Companies.
How do you maintain confidentiality?
We do not outsource nor offshore, and we are USA based. All information, data, and work is held and performed in-house. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure that a client’s data is secure and that the client is protected, there is always the risk or possibility of a breach and a loss of data. While we rely on the internet every day, and believe it to be quasi-secure, we hear of large losses of data on a regular basis, therefore, there are no guarantees on the security of the client’s data beyond what are reasonable precautions.
