Who we are

We are Executive Solutions.  We are a Virtual Executive Assistance Company, offering our business services to individual and businesses.  Executive Solutions was created because we believe there is a lack of commitment and concern about good and competent customer service across all industries.  Far too many companies find it easier and cheaper to outsource and offshore their support matrix, and therefore minimize the support and concern for their clients.  Executive Solutions is here to change that paradigm.

Consent

With the using of the website, Executive Solutions (execsolns.com), the user agrees that they consent to:

• The conditions set forth in this Privacy Policy;
• The collection of, and the use and retention of the data collected, as defined in this Privacy Policy.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the website, we collect the data that the visitor submits, on a Contact Form located on the Contact Us webpage.

Data Collection

Personal Data Collected

Executive Solutions only collects personal data that allows us to achieve the purposes as stated in this Privacy Policy.  We will not use any methods to gather client and visitor data that is not defined in this Privacy Policy.

The data that we collect automatically provides Executive Solutions with the analytical data we believe is necessary to improve the quality and quantity of our website.

The primary function of capturing user data from the clients and visitors that contact Executive Solutions via the website, is to communicate back to the client or visitor.

Media

There is no transference or uploading of images between Executive Solutions (ES) and its clients, or visitors to the ES website.  The only exception to this policy is the work that will be performed on behalf of the client by ES.  Any work or transference of data or images, will be covered by a separate Customer Service Agreement.

The Executive Solutions website uses cookies to improve experience and to remember preferences.  A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device when visiting a website.  Cookies allow websites to remember browsing activity and preferences over a period of time, which can make browsing experience more seamless and efficient.

Who we share your data with

We may discuss user data to any member of Executive Solutions who reasonably needs access to user data to achieve the purposes set in this Privacy Policy.

We will not sell or share your data with other third parties, with the following exceptions:

• If there is a legal requirement to supply client’s data;
• The data is required in a legal proceeding;
• The use of the client’s data is necessary to protect the legal rights of Executive Solutions.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.  This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Data that we attain from clients or visitors to the Executive Solutions (ES) website will be stored until that data is no longer needed.  There is no long-term archiving of the client or visitor data. The only exception to this policy is an agreement between ES and a prospective client for work to be performed.  Any work, and the handling of data, will be covered by a separate Service Agreement.

What rights you have over your data

If you have left comments or inquiries on the Executive Solutions website, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.  You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you.  This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Children

Executive Solutions does not target their website to children.  We do not knowingly collect or use any personal data from children.  If it is discovered that we have inadvertently collected information from children under 13 years of age, that information will be destroyed as soon as possible.  If the information that was supplied was of a personal nature, the parent or guardian may contact the Privacy Policy Officer.

How to access or delete data that has been collected

If you want to know what data that Executive Solutions has collected of a personal nature, how that data was used, if any of the personal data was disclosed, or if you want your data deleted, please contact the Privacy Policy Officer.
